How much of the Drink2Shrink should I drink?
To experience the health benefits, drink 8 ounces of #drink2shrink formula two or three times a day at least 10 minutes before breakfast/lunch/dinner. As with all herbal teas, do not drink it in excess; not more than three cups a day unless recommended by a health care professional. Children should drink only 2 to 4 ounces a day.
For how long can I drink the Drink2Shrink Formula?
You can drink the #drink2shrink formula as long as you want. (It has NO Senna, which leaves a residue in the colon that could lead to health problems.) Many people drink the tea every day with meals and snacks. Some drink it as needed to keep up their health and regularity and as a healing tonic for various ailments.

NO! It is not recommended while nursing or pregnant.
